Horacio Rivera
Horacio Rivera is a highly experienced security and risk management professional with more than two decades of law enforcement and tactical operations experience.
He retired as a Patrol Sergeant after a 21-year career with the Las Cruces Police Department, where he served in leadership roles and specialized operational assignments.
